Panamanian-born and artist of the world, Libia Montaño is a lyric coloratura soprano who brings a contemporary vision to the operatic stage. She is the founder of Ópera Libiamo —Panama’s first comic opera company— and an advocate for regional talent. Her work bridges classical tradition and new audiences through performance, pedagogy, and cultural management.
